The 2024 FIA Formula One World Championship is a motor racing championship for Formula One cars and is the 75th running of the Formula One World Championship. The season will begin on March 5, 2024 and will conclude on November 24, 2024. The season will feature a record-breaking 24 races, with races being held in 21 different countries. The season will also see the introduction of a new points system, with the top 10 finishers in each race receiving points. The driver with the most points at the end of the season will be crowned the Formula One World Champion.
There are a number of drivers who are expected to challenge for the title in 2024. Lewis Hamilton, who has won the championship a record seven times, will be looking to add to his tally. Max Verstappen, who won the championship in 2021 and 2022, will also be a strong contender. Other drivers who could challenge for the title include Fernando Alonso, Carlos Sainz Jr., and Sergio Pérez.
