Denver Nuggets Beat Timberwolves 117-90

Nuggets Bounce Back with Big Win After Recent Struggles

Murray Leads the Way with 24 Points

The Denver Nuggets snapped their two-game losing streak on Thursday night with a dominant 117-90 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves at Ball Arena. Jamal Murray led the way for the Nuggets with 24 points, while Nikola Jokic added 22 points, 12 rebounds, and 8 assists.

The Nuggets started the game slowly, falling behind by 10 points in the first quarter. However, they quickly turned things around in the second quarter, outscoring the Timberwolves 35-15 to take a 55-45 lead at halftime.

The Nuggets continued to pour it on in the second half, extending their lead to as many as 30 points in the third quarter. The Timberwolves never threatened in the fourth quarter, as the Nuggets cruised to an easy victory.

The win was a much-needed one for the Nuggets, who had lost two straight games and four of their last six. It also marked the return of Murray, who had missed the previous two games with a sore knee.

With the win, the Nuggets improve to 43-22 on the season, good for third place in the Western Conference. They will be back in action on Saturday night when they host the Golden State Warriors.
